Thèse de doctorat sur Pro Helvetia et l'image de la Suisse à l'étranger. Actuellement collaborateur scientifique à l'Université de Neuchâtel.

The Spanish version of La Suisse, démocratie-témoin is published in Mexico, 1958.

The English version

André Siegfried’s book is published in English by J. Cape in London, 1950. The myth of the Sonderfall is reinforced and spread in the English speaking world. In Great Britain the book is placed at the disposal of University libraries as well as distributed to many journalists.

In March 1950, the English newsmagazine The Economist publishes a review of André Siegfried’s book.

The open air Parliament on shortwave

André Siegfried’s book is by far not the only propaganda used to spread the image of the perfect Swiss Democracy abroad. 1973 the shortwave broadcasting service of SRG transmits a programme about the cantonal assembly of Glarus, aimed at the Latin American audience.

瑞士文化基金会的领导机构首先是基金会理事会,最初由25名成员组成。理事会下设常务秘书处,这个部门随着时间的推移不断发展壮大。2011年,基金会根据新的《文化法》进行了重组,其理事会成员缩减为9人。
